Grant Burge 5th Generation Pinot Gris 750ml

The wine is pale straw in colour with rich aromas of fresh poached pears, blood orange marmalade, peach nectar and honeycomb with intense floral scents. The palate is richly textured; soft and rounded, yet vibrant and clean, with zesty natural acidity, balanced with fresh fruit flavours and a creamy complexity with spicy and nutty nuances derived from the oak fermentation and extended lees contact the wine receives prior to bottling. The palate is long and textural with a rich, complex mid-palate and a clean, soft finish with lingering flavours of spice and fresh peaches and pears.
