Delicate top notes of lime zest and the sweet richness of lemon curd from the Semillon. There is also a hint of spiced cream, vanilla fudge and lemon meringue thanks to the portion of this wine that was fermented in French oak with solids and extended battonage. On the palate, this wine is beautifully balanced with intense up front varietal flavours of tropical fruit and citrus, a touch of creamy complexity in the mid palate, and a long finish with zesty natural acidity. A vibrant and varietal blend for immediate drinking.
